Brian has recently joined Cable & Wireless Worldwide as Managing Director for Public Sector & Partners.

Previous roles and responsibilities include: Head of Public Sector for UK and Ireland, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he was responsible for all TCS engagement in the UK public sector.  UK Public Sector Business Development Director for Sun Microsystems; several positions in BT including senior roles in defence, central government and European solutions. Prior to working in the private sector, Brian was a Royal Navy Officer (Executive Branch).

Brian has a degree in Politics from Newcastle University and a Professional Diploma from Leeds Business School. He speaks French and German, and is a keen sportsman who enjoys rugby, cricket, sailing, tennis and golf. He also enjoys travel, food and wine. Brian is married to Yvonne and has two young children.
