Sam Hartwell Programme Executive Private Sector Intellect
Researcher Broadband Stakeholder Group
Sam is a Programme Executive on Intellect’s Financial Services Programme and Researcher for the Broadband Stakeholder Group.
In his role for the Financial Services Programme, Sam is responsible for supporting groups across the banking, payments, capital markets, and insurance work streams.
At the Broadband Stakeholder Group, Sam carries out research to support various BSG policy developments and provides administrative support to the BSG Executive and Secretariat.
Before joining the Intellect and the BSG, Sam held research internships at public affairs consultancies and was Policy and Casework Intern for Lynne Featherstone MP, Minister for Equalities.
Sam graduated from UCL with a Masters Degree in Legal and Political Theory, as well as Heythrop College, University of London, with a first-class BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Religion and Ethics.
