Bookings

The Booking
The "Event" means the event or training session available for booking on the www.intellectuk.org website and the price means the cost of the event indicated during the booking process.  The price is inclusive of VAT and there are no delivery charges unless indicated.

Cancellation
A refund will be given on cancellations received in writing two weeks prior to the event. Regrettably no refunds can be given after this date.

Intellect reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. In this case the full fee will be refunded, unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.  We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.

To register, please complete the booking form. For paying events, attendance will only be confirmed on receipt of the full payment.

Re-scheduling
Events are subject to re-scheduling at our discretion. If the time, date, venue or subject of the Event is changed subsequent to your booking, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your booking and be fully refunded. We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.

Substitution

Delegates with Special Requirements

Insurance
Intellect cannot be held responsible for accidents to delegates or for damage to or loss of their personal property howsoever caused. Delegates should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.

Note
Any typographical, clerical or other similar accidental error or omission made by us in respect of your booking shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
