Ian Henley, Chairman, ChangeBEAT Intellect's Summer School is run in association with ChangeBEAT. Ian Henley is recognised in the IT and technology market as a leading expert in improving business performance, specialising in business strategy, leadership, marketing and sales. Ian has presented on many topics to IT organisations throughout Europe and North America, as well as at events for Intellect, the British Computer Society and the Project Management Institute.
In 1998 Ian co-founded ChangeBEAT which has over 50 leading IT customers including CA, EMC, Panasonic, Hitachi, Microfocus and Xansa. ChangeBEAT helps IT and technology companies transform and improve their businesses.
Ian is a Cambridge graduate who has worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years. Previously he has worked in sales, account management, brand and business management for IBM and was commercial director at Softwright, a specialist software development company.
