Intellect/Grant Thornton SME growth programme The production of quality, meaningful management information is key to the effective running of your business - without it, making the best decisions becomes a lottery. Yet few medium sized companies have a sufficiently robust picture of their financial and strategic position.
At the end of the course you should be able to critically and strategically evaluate your management information systems and processes. You should be able to interpret and critically review the key business financials of your, or any other, company with similar levels of reporting.

 | |
 |
|
Intellect/Grant Thornton SME growth programme Most shareholders of privately held businesses ultimately look to realise their investment through some sort of sale. But most fail to prepare for this in good time. This can seriously damage the value realised at exit.
This course will provide delegates with a better understanding of the issues which impact on the value of a business; highlight key actions which can be taken to maximise that value and identify the pitfalls to be avoided. It will also provide an understanding of when to call in professional advice and what you can expect.
