Objectives

The Consumer Electronics Customer Services Group meetings are attended by customer service managers who often head a staff of operatives that handle enquiries from end users.

The meetings provide an opportunity to exchange best practice ideas of product support and helps to co-ordinate solutions for manufacturer enquiries regarding interconnection or interoperability issues.

The meetings also contain an element of distribution of the latest information from broadcasters and regulators eg, Digital UK and the BBC.
