Through Life Capability Management in the C4ISTAR context Thursday 29 March 2007
MoD's Defence Acquisition Change Programme has identified the importance of through life capability management (TLCM) and its dependence on the relationships with industry. Greater emphasis will be placed on TLCM for improved and more widespread incremental acquisition. This conference, led by Steve Mallon, chairman of the Aerospace & Land Systems Council, focused on the latest thinking regarding TLCM in the C4ISTAR and electronic systems context. The event addressed issues that are barriers to success with the intention of articulating what success might look like. Presentations All presentations open in PDF format (members only).
