The Intellect Charity Ball: "A Night at the Movies"

Over £70,000 was raised on Tuesday night at the Intellect Annual Charity Ball. The money raised will go to The Starlight Children's Foundation, a UK based charity who grant wishes to seriously and terminally ill children.

Over 400 guests helped 16 year old cystic fibrosis sufferer Bianca Nicholas fulfill her special wish when she sang live on stage.

Celebrity auctioneer John 'Fingers' Fingleton ensured guests parted with their hard-earned cash in the live auction, raising over £26,000. A day on a shooting range with ex-footballer and movie star Vinnie Jones, was the top prize which closed at £3,100.
