'Dr Richard Sykes' is my personal practice as board-level trusted adviser, strategic coach & facilitator in the ITO & BPO market place. My particular expertise is in coaching the development and practical implementation of vendor business strategies that deliver quality, sustainable stakeholder returns in these very competitive markets, at a time of fundamental change. My early business experise was in international business leadership and senior management roles at the chemical major ICI, latterly as Group Vice-President, IT 1993-1999. Through 2004 I was chairman of Morgan Chambers plc, the independent strategic consultancy in IT and business process sourcing & outsourcing. I now chair the Outsourcing Group at Intellect.
