Capacity & Capability: An Alliance for Delivery

For a number of years, the Government has been working towards a goal whereby citizens would be able to access a variety of public services electronically from fully integrated Government departments, agencies and bodies.

Fundamental to the achievement of this objective is the manner in which Government and the IT industry work together to deliver the systems and services that are needed. To this end, the Senior IT Forum, which has membership drawn from Government Departments and IT companies, has been working for 4 years on several initiatives to assist this work.

The third Senior IT Forum Conference provided delegates with an opportunity to learn what has happened over the past year, what lies ahead, and gave the opportunity to discuss and benefit from experience of other senior stakeholders.
