Iain is a senior consultant, with experience in Health, Local and Central Government providing strategic advice, NHS business change, HR/Payroll shared service strategies, research and analysis on a wide range of subjects for public sector organisations. He has led NHS business change projects as part of the national programme and owns the Logica health work in Scotland. He has previously led the development of public sector shared services, delivering change activity including organisational change, operating models and streamlined HR/Payroll processes to realise benefits and deliver better citizen services.
