Focus: The group focuses largely on stakeholder engagement and regulatory developments, by running roundtables with postal industry stakeholders. The PSG is currently looking at the following issues:

• The new regulatory environment - the group is engaging with Postcomm, Royal Mail and BIS.
• The future of Royal Mail
• The future shape of the Post Office network
• The environmental impact of mail, PAS 2020 and Royal Mail's Sustainable Mail
• Red Tag and other Royal Mail products
• The relationship between Royal Mail and the industry
