Woodward Associates (UK) Limited has been providing products and services to the NHS since 1996. The Managing Director Roger Woodward was the original designer of the version 2 Grouper developed for the National Casemix Office (now part of the NHSIA). autoGROUPER took off in 1994, bringing "Grouping" over a wide range of platforms and providing a simple mechanism for the integration of HRG functionality into systems provided to the NHS. SimpleCode was launched in 2002, and provides users with a simple mechanism for the entry of clinical data into Hospital Information Systems. We continue to support the PC based HRG Grouper for the NHS and track developments in this field with a view to integrating Casemix requirements into the autoGROUPER suite.
