Vice Chair Giles Hill Sefas Innovation Ltd
Giles joined Sefas, a leading software publisher in the field of customer communications, in 2007. His responsibilities as Managing Director of the UK and Northern European operations are to oversee the business growth and to explore new markets.
Previously Giles worked for Xerox Global Services – the outsourcing division of Xerox Corporation - for 12 years in a number of sales, marketing and project management roles. Giles has been at the forefront of developing and supporting the strategy that has seen XGS grow to be the market leader in document-related outsourcing activity.
Before joining Xerox, Giles worked for the Outward Bound Trust and is a graduate of Oxford Polytechnic Management School.
