Competition for places on Intellect's Board is high with strongly contested elections in the spring of each year.

Intellect’s Finance Committee ensures Intellect meets its financial and legal requirements and monitors the financial performance of the organisation.
Intellect’s Membership Committee comprises a cross section of members from different sectors and different sized organisations. Working with the Intellect membership team they advise on recruitment plans and help to ensure that Intellect grows and maintains its high quality membership.
Intellect’s Operations Board agrees the annual business plan and budget and supports Intellect’s Board in the implementation of our vision and mission.
