MISWG
A joint MoD/Industry focus group set up under the auspices of DIQF, principally for the benefit of MoD staff, to provide guidance material to Integrated Project Teams and others conducting acquisition activities on behalf of MoD. The working party is the principal point of focus for software related activities and looks to incorporate best practice in the acquisition of systems and products containing software. Since most systems procured by MoD today contain software in some shape or form, then there is wide applicability to the guidance material being produced. The intent is to enhance the information currently published in the MoD Acquisition Management System (AMS) with software specific guidance.
