TL9000 - Telecommunciations Quality Scheme

Based on ISO9001:2000 with a number of additional requirements. The additional requirements are sub-divided into Common, Service, Hardware and Software. The scheme uses Measurements evaluation processes against different products, allowing both suppliers and the customers to evaluate current positions of products. The scheme is currently accredited by ANAB.
