Objectives

The group, independently run but affiliated to Intellect, discuss issues relating to after sales service matters.

The group is made up from after sales managers and customer service managers.

Issues often discussed include:

• the European Directive on Product Guarantees
• the Digital TV Switchover implementation
• common policy on spare parts and product returns
• developing legislation and regulations

The group meet regularly, approx. four times per year.
