Phil Hemmings is Director of Corporate Affairs with the RM Group. In this role he is responsible for RM’s relationship with influential stakeholders who are not direct customers of RM. In particular, Phil is accountable for managing RM’s reputation in the City and amongst government audiences.

The RM Group is a leading provider of educational products and services, with a focus on the development and deployment of innovative information and communications technology (ICT). 

Phil has worked for RM for eighteen years, originally as a software developer and subsequently in a number of senior marketing and management roles. He graduated from the University of Warwick with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Pure Mathematics in 1981. He was Chair of the Office of Science and Technology’s Learning in 2020 Taskforce and is a member of the Executive Council of the British Education Suppliers Association (BESA) and Chair of the DTI sponsored Digital Learning Industry Action Group.
