Since joining TeleWare in 2002, Steve has worked closely with research and development teams as well as channel partners to kick start profitable new business areas for TeleWare. These new areas include the provision through new channels of hosted telecommunication services to provide enterprise type functionality to smaller business customers and the establishment of high-end partnerships and alliances with key strategic vendors and channels to bring the TeleWare products to a broader market. 
 
Steve’s high level of business acumen combined with both data communications and telephony technology awareness means that he is in a unique position to identify technology opportunities and bring them into business solutions in a way that is highly focused and brings new opportunities to TeleWare and to his customers and partners. 
 
Steve completed a Bsc in Media Technology and an Msc in Computer Aided Graphical Technology Applications at Teesside University. Steve started his working career at Workplace Systems as a senior account manager. Steve’s work with major clients such as BT, Nortel and Vodafone helped Workplace Systems establish itself as a pioneer in the implementation of cutting edge flexible working and revolutionary communication solutions. 
 
Steve is a key member of the TeleWare Senior Management team that has responsibility for driving the company forward. Steve is also responsible for innovative ways to address and grow the sales channel in an increasingly complex communication marketplace. 
 
Currently living in Henley Steve is interested in football, reading and golf.
