Jill Pritchet is a Chartered Information Systems Practitioner with 20 years experience in the Software Industry. She is currently an independent SPI consultant and associate of SMS Ltd. Specialising in the implementation and upgrade of Quality Systems to ISO 9001:2000, TickIT and SPI improvement projects tailored to individual clients specific requirements. As well as extensive knowledge of the various Software Process Improvement (SPI) methods, including CMM®/CMMI(SM), EFQM and SPICE, Jill was active in the re-development of the new version of the ISO 9001:2000 standard. She has extensive experience of putting this theory into practice in work with software companies and in-house IT departments in a variety of industry sectors, including project managing a recent programme helping 75 companies across Europe implement their first SPI projects. Jill has given SPI tutorials and presentations at conferences across Europe, including ESEPG, EuroSPI, SPICE and UKSMA.
