Andrew specialises in information technology transactions, particularly complex system development and integration deals, IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing. Andrew has advised on IT transactions for over a decade for a wide variety of high-profile clients in the public and private sectors including central government, financial institutions, IT suppliers and IT users generally. He has extensive experience across the full range of information technology and related transactions including: software licences, support agreements, hardware and software purchase and maintenance agreements, web development and hosting, bespoke software and system development, outsourcing and PFI/PPP. This has included some of the largest and most complex services transactions in Europe valued in billions of pounds.
