Peter combines IT and outsourcing with hands-on experience of the financial services sector, both with and Wragge & Co and also from the client side when he worked as part of Citibank’s in-house legal team. Recently he has been back to Citibank on a short secondment - ensuring we keep our knowledge of the industry current. He is a very experienced IT and eCommerce expert and has advised on a wide range of business process and IT outsourcing projects, particularly in relation to offshoring arrangements. He has particular expertise in financial services outsourcing, offshoring, data protection and electronic trading issues. Peter is on the management committee of Intellect’s Outsourcing Group.
