Tina joined Olswang in May 1998 as a partner from another London law firm.  
 
She specialises in advising companies on all aspects of corporate law including joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals and fund raisings but with a particular expertise in advising entrepreneurial high growth companies. She also acts for institutions providing funds to such companies.
