Clive Gringras joined Olswang in March 1997 and was made a partner in May 2000. He is a commercial lawyer focusing on e-commerce, the Internet and IT. He has a deep understanding of the software industry having co-written a best selling computer game, “Elite”, for the Acorn RISC Computers. He is on the Editorial Board of the Computer and Telecommunications Law Review, is the principal author of both editions of Butterworths’ acclaimed book “The Laws of the Internet” and is the Chair of ISPA’s Legal Forum.
