Sarah joined Wragge & Co from a City firm in 1995 and became a partner in 1999. Her experience encompasses a broad range of commercial contracts, as well as specialist experience in the IT and eBusiness arena, focusing in particular on complex procurement and outsourcing arrangements in the context of the 2005 e-government initiative. As lead partner for a number of major local authority service externalisation projects, Sarah has developed a good understanding of the challenges for public bodies in meeting their e-government requirements, the public procurement rules, the PFI/PPP regime and how system/service requirements can be safeguarded through robust commercial arrangements.
