David is a telecommunications industry expert with over 18 years experience in the industry. David is a partner within Deloitte Consulting’s telecommunications, media and technology practice with responsibility for work in the area of fixed and mobile telecommunications solutions. David also leads Deloitte’s inter-networking team within the Technology Architecture and Network Services competency. David is a Chartered Engineer and has extensive experience across the full IS/telecommunications systems lifecycle from strategy through design, implementation and operational management, including strategic sourcing and outsourcing. David specialises in developing and implementing service delivery capabilities to support new and emerging ICT solutions in the telecommunications and media sectors on a global basis. David is a respected and frequently quoted commentator on telecommunications industry issues and plays a key role in developing our industry thought leadership. He edited the ‘Network Value Proposition” book, has recently published a number of whitepapers on industry topics, and is frequently called upon to speak. David has vast experience in working with fixed and mobile telecommunications service providers to assist them in improving their service delivery capabilities, and has supported many enterprises in developing and implementing their telecommunications strategies.
