Jason qualified in 1998 and joined Charles Russell in that year. Jason specialises in all areas of commercial law, for both suppliers and customers, and has particular expertise in IT and Communications, procurement and outsourcing. He has particular expertise in Internet/E-commerce related areas, including content distribution and a wide range of commercial agreements. He was on secondment to Cable & Wireless for three months in 2002, advising the commercial team on various procurement matters. He has a post-graduate diploma in computer law, has had a number of articles published in both the legal and trade press and regularly speaks at the Charles Russell e-business breakfasts.
