Quality Delivery Workstream
The main objective of the Quality Delivery Workstream is to develop and promote practices that support high quality programme, project and service delivery, leading to mutually successful outcomes for the UK public sector and its suppliers of IT services.
The Quality Delivery Workstream is intended to align with the government’s Strategic Supply Board IT Programme and Project Improvement Tiger Team, which aims to improve the overall quality and reliability of the delivery of critical government IT programmes – ensuring that all departments and all suppliers consistently meet the best standards for project and programme delivery by 2010.
As well as linking to the work being conducted by the SSB IT Programme and Project Improvement Tiger Team the workstream will encompass work formerly undertaken by the PSC’s Capacity workstream, which looked at the industry’s ability to deliver on its government procurements. more»
