Barry Hochfield is Technical Director of Ecebs. Barry has been one of the leading players in the smartcard field, he has over twenty eight years’ experience in IT and computing technology including marketing and general management, fourteen of which were spent overseas (Silicon Valley and Europe).  
 
For the past fourteen years he has focussed on smartcard technology. He is also a professional member of the Association of Computing Machinery.
