Chair Stephen Kingan, CEO Nexor

Nexor is a global provider of high-grade security technologies and services. The company is widely recognised for its expertise and in-depth domain knowledge, accrued over 15 years of supplying communication systems to large enterprises. Today, Nexor specialises in information assurance and communication solutions for the global defence and critical national infrastructure markets.

Steve was admitted as a Chartered Director by the Institute of Directors in 2000; and has subsequently become a member of the IoD’s Professional Standards Review group. He serves as a non-executive director to Rock Computers PLC, the gaming laptop manufacturer; and via ministerial appointment to the Investors in People (UK) board. He is also vice-chair of the Intellect Software Group and a member of the national Security and Resiliance Industry Council (RISC).

Happily married to Sara with two daughters and a son, in his spare time Steve enjoys flying as a private pilot, qualified on both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.
