Vice Chair James Sibbald Business Development Manager Defence & National Security ESRI (UK) Limited

ESRI (UK) is part of the global ESRI network. With the single, largest pool of GIS expertise in the UK, the company is the technical authority on GIS. ESRI (UK) provides solutions, technology and services including off the shelf applications built on the ArcGIS software suite and an extensive range of consulting and training services.

Jim joined ESRI (UK) in 2003 after a career in the Royal Regiment of Artillery. Throughout his military service he served in various operational theatres including as Civil Affairs Officer with the United Nations in Cyprus. He has been a Fellow of the Institute of Directors since 1996. In addition to being Vice Chair, Jim is on the Intellect Membership Committee and is a founder member of the UK Security and Resilience Industry Suppliers Council (RISC).

In his spare time Jim is a Town Councillor and Chairman of his local Royal British Legion Branch. He is happily married to Christina.
