Graham Peters, Sales and Marketing Director – Avanti Consultancy, has 17 years of experience working in the satellite communications sector and has combined sales, business and engineering skills. He started his career at British Aerospace, spent several years at software company VEGA Group PLC and more recently, Graham is on the Board of an Electronics Testing business. He joined Avanti three years ago responsible for developing new applications and services. In particular Graham has led Avanti’s activities on the SISTER project which aims to exploit the communications demands required to support Intelligent Transportation Systems. This project is led by Avanti and the subject of a three-year five million Euro grant from the European Commission and involving major players in the automotive sector. Graham is the Vice Chair of the UKspace Satellite Navigation sub-committee with the special role of covering applications/downstream issues.
