High Tech: Low Carbon The role of technology in tackling climate change

Case Studies

Technology and Energy Efficiency: Case Studies These case studies are loosely organised to reflect the structure of our report "High Tech: Low Carbon – the role of technology in tackling climate change". The first section relates to Part I and includes improvements to our own products and services through the three phases of design, manufacture and use. The second section relates to Part II and covers enhancing, enabling and transforming technologies in turn. These categories are not definitive; many technologies apply to more than one category.
