Paul has twenty years experience of collaborative working and partnering between  MoD and Industry, concerning R&T/R&D, Business Development, Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Bid Management and Programme Start Up demands.

For the past 7 years he has been with EADS. Currently he works for EADS UK in London at the Strand offices having recently been appointed Head of HMG Strategic Engagement and Alliances.  His responsibilities include the implementation and management of EADS’s unique Strategic Framework Agreement with HMG:  In addition the management of EADS engagement with trade associations and joint Government-Industry bodies, and coordination on strategic industry alliances across the EADS UK divisions.

Prior to that he worked with Rolls Royce Energy as a Programmes Manager for 6 years in the special projects team establishing a joint development programme with the customer into critical systems monitoring and assay.  For 18mths prior Paul was with Elctrowatt the Swedish nuclear-environmental consulting group, on a series of research programmes into computer modeling commissioned by BNFL and AWE.

His qualifications include a 2:1 in Physics from Manchester University, an MSc at Surrey University in Applied Nuclear Physics, and an MBA from LBS.
