  • John joined the CE Council in 2005 and became Chair of the Consumer
    Electronics Council at the beginning of 2006.

  • Since then John has overseen a 20% increase in CE membership.

  • Under John’s chairmanship the Council has changed its format to reflect CE market demands and increased the value to members which is reflected in a significant growth in attendance at Council meetings.
  • John has also helped to grow the CE Conference (Chairing the event in 2006) and has been focused on growing the CE Councils profile both with Government and Media.

  • John is an excellent ambassador for Intellect's CE members, is well respected within the industry and always represents the members’ views in public fora.
