Group meetings are on an ad hoc basis to respond to particular initiatives or issues.

Focus: Information sharing being the core objective, the group keeps Intellect members up-to-date on best practice and new legislation through a popular free HR query services and regular briefings on topical HR issues with expert speakers. The group strives to develop HR related surveys on specific HR trends and practices within the hi-tech industry, as well as providing a platform for debating and discussing current and impending HR issues.
