David Cope combines the practical experience of running large service operations with 15 years of consulting with many of the leading blue chip service organisations. He has an in-depth understanding of all areas of the after sales service environment. 
 
1st class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering. Started with Xerox UK in their graduate recruitment process and left Xerox as a Regional Service Manager. After Xerox worked for IKON for 4 years with various service roles including Regional Service Director. After IKON worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers for 3 years as a Principal Associate. Founded MGH Consulting in 1996.
