Chair: John Magowan Steria

John Magowan is a Client Director in the National Government Division of Steria Limited. Extensive expertise in its three core businesses of Consulting, Systems Integration and Managed Services in both the public and private sectors has made Steria one of the top ten European end-to-end IT services providers. In the United Kingdom, Steria is one of the key suppliers to the Criminal Justice market delivering programmes to departments across the breadth of the Criminal Justice System. 

John has been an IT Professional for over 40 years, starting with IBM, where he spent most of his career in the Public Sector. He has continued to work with the Public Sector with a focus on the Criminal Justice market. He has been a long-term member of JESICA since its’ original formation 12 years ago and is dedicated to the aims of the group.
