Wassim Chourbaji serves as senior manager of government affairs Europe, Middle East and North Africa for Qualcomm Inc. In this capacity, he leads Qualcomm's spectrum and regulatory policy agenda in Europe and MENA across various government entities and industry organisations, including CEPT, EICTA, BMCO Forum, Intellect and UMTS Forum. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Wassim worked for France Telecom as head of the corporate Spectrum Office. He is currently vice chairman of the Intellect UK Wireless Council. He is a graduate from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité, Paris and holds an Engineer’s Degree and a Master of Science in Wireless Communication.
