If elected, we agree to abide by Intellect's objectives and regulations as stated in the Memorandum of Association (PDF 19KB) and Articles of Association (PDF 52KB), to observe Intellect's code of conduct and to pay subscriptions when due. Article 3.10 of the Articles of Association sets out details of the notice period required for any member wishing to withdraw from membership. Should your application for membership be accepted you will be notified in writing of your Admission and Subscription Dates. The anniversary of your Admission Date or such other date as may be specifically agreed by the Board of Intellect will be your Subscription Date.
Should you wish to withdraw from membership six months notice in writing must be given in advance of your next Subscription Date, failing which you will continue to be a member until the following Subscription Date.
