Committee focus:

The Reliability Committee covers all matters associated with reliability, including integrated logistic support, availability and maintainability. The committee interfaces with the MoD CODERM organisation and with the national and international regulatory and standards-making bodies governing this field with the aim of influencing the development of enabling methods, practices and procedures.

Supporting and representing members

The committee will take action as necessary on issues arising from reliability requirements to influence the shape of national and international standards in such a way as to prevent UK manufacturers from being disadvantaged. The committee will determine Intellect policy, as it pertains to reliability, on COTS, testing methods and tools, etc and disseminate it to MoD, DPA and DLO.

The committee welcomes new members and also operates an advisory forum on reliability (in confidence as necessary); any questions for advice or circulation should be referred to the secretary whose contact details are below.
