Chair Patrick Smith IBM
Patrick Smith is the Client Executive for Local Government for IBM and is responsible for all activity in that sector.
Patrick has been in this role for 4 years, following 3 years doing the same role in Central Government. He has completed 25 years in IBM. Prior to his Government work, he worked mainly in finance and banking as client manager and consultant.
Outside IBM, Patrick takes part in amateur dramatics and is a member of a choir. He has coached and refereed rugby and cricket. He is married with three grown up children and lives in Bedfordshire. For more information contact:
