Chair Andy Roberts Xerox Global Services
Andy currently works as a Service Development Manager for Xerox Global Services, aligned primarily to the retail sector. His role involves creating, developing and delivering innovative solutions, giving value to the client and successfully growing revenue and gross profit. Andy focuses on solutions which can be developed in the UK and redistributed globally.
Andy joined Xerox in 2005 as one of just six on the Xerox Global Services Graduate scheme, after eighteen months of the two year program he moved into his current role utilising his experience in Business Operations, Marketing and Sales. The current target is to use a variety of tools including Lean Six Sigma to improve time-to-market for a variety of customisable web based applications, and production management software.
Before joining Xerox, Andy studied Industrial Design and Technology at Loughborough University where he participated in a number of sports including tennis, golf, badminton and swimming.
Over the past 2 years, Andy has been able to follow his interest in motorsport by supporting the Xerox Ducati World Superbike team at the UK race meetings.
