Gillian has 26 experience years in the IT industry and is currently working as a Business Development Executive for IBM. She has been actively involved in the IBM Womens Leadership Team for many years, helping to shape the diversity policy for women in IBM UK, including building networking groups, promoting WLB schemes, editing womens newsletters, speaking in schools and mentoring many women. Gillian has a long standing interest in equal recognition for women in the workplace.
