Healthcare programme objectives

1) Build our influence with key government stakeholders across the UK.

2) Improve the image of the healthcare technology industry, primarily by showcasing the benefits that technology-enabled services can deliver to patients, clinicians, and the business of the health services.

3) Unblock the ‘blockers’, including those that:

• stall the development of better health and social care solutions
• place unnecessary burdens/costs on suppliers and the health services
• prevent further SME involvement in the market

4) Provide opportunities for networking across industry, government and other stakeholders.

5) Provide a channel for information dissemination.
