To shoulder what can sometimes feel like a heavy burden, we can provide support to our members through a range of professional and specialist service providers. This community includes legal firms and HR advisors all with technology sector experience and a track record of delivering value.

HR Query Service (members only)

Intellect provides a free, anonymous query service for HR professionals, or anyone needing their HR related questions answered. Responses to previous questions are also available to members on our website, meaning intelligence is literally at your fingertips. From questions around overtime, time in lieu and age band pensions to car allowance, work visas and payroll polices, our database of Q&As is found to be a great source of reference for employers and employees.

Our helpline is operated by experienced CIPD-qualified advisors, who are available to answer any HR-related query. Advisors have experience of handling enquiries from a diverse range of industries, and are available to speak to between 08.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Through our helpline system we have access to the complete history of enquiries for each client, enabling any advisor to pick up a previous enquiry and advise without the client having to explain previous events.

All telephone advice is followed up by an email summarising the main points of the advice we have given, and laying out your best course of action. All enquiries are kept confidential.
