Philip Sheldrake Chartered Engineer and Partner of Influence Crowd LLP
Philip is a Chartered Engineer and Partner of Influence Crowd LLP. His expertise spans IT and Web strategy, innovation and information architecture, public relations and social Web analytics. He authored the successful "The Social Web Analytics eBook 2008" and is now working with analytics vendors around the world to translate their analysis into a format that may be integrated readily into the board level decision making process. He is also consulting to the RIPE NCC (the Regional Internet Registry for Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia) on driving the adoption of IPv6 and on the definition and establishment of new information services for the collection, analysis and presentation of data relating to the worldwide performance of the Internet.
Philip co-founded Fuse PR and sold the consultancy to Racepoint Group in 2006. The company elevates premium and emerging technology, health and science brands, including Mozilla, Sony, ARM, the Consumer Electronics Association, AOL, Nominet and the RIPE NCC. The team has won numerous accolades including European Excellence Awards Winner 2008 for the launch of Firefox 3.0, the United Nations Grand Award for Excellence in Communication Winner 2008 for the One Laptop Per Child campaign, and Communicators In Business Best Consultancy Award, 2005 and 2006.
Philip left Racepoint in May 2009. Previously, Philip has been Managing Director of OnOneMap, Europe's first Google Maps mashup and residential property search engine, and CEO of NOCHEX, Europe's first email money service. He served as an Intellect Main Board Member from 2005 to 2008, and was re-elected May 2009.
