Laurence is responsible for developing and promoting Intellect's programme of activities for our consumer electronics manufacturer members. This includes running Intellect's key campaign on Digital TV Switchover and working closely with the DTI, DCMS, Ofcom, consumer groups, retailers and broadcasters to ensure a successful switchover process.

Laurence also works on trade policy issues through running Intellect's International Trade and Customs group and EICTA's Trade Policy group, as well as commercial affairs and environmental issues facing the CE sector. He is also involved in working with Ofcom on the release of broadcast spectrum through involvement in our Broadcast Spectrum group and Intellect Wireless Council.

Laurence has extensive experience of working within trade associations and providing services and representation for member companies. Prior to joining Intellect Laurence worked for the Confederation of British Industry where he had responsibility for representing SME and trade association members.
