Intellect has today warned that a large percentage of ICT suppliers to the public sector remain unaware of the different Framework Agreements available to them, and could be missing out on lucrative business as a result. The trade association for the UK hi-tech industry believes that to remain competitive, suppliers must see beyond Catalist, and consider alternative routes to market.
To help inform suppliers, Intellect has today published a list of UK ICT Public Sector Framework Agreements. Commenting, Nick Kalisperas, Director at Intellect, said: "We believe the launch of this database demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that suppliers have the best possible information when identifying routes to markets. The database illustrates the breadth of the opportunities currently available to member companies over and above those which are available through the on-going Catalist procurement." "We urge all suppliers and customers to help us to continue to develop this valuable resource by informing us of other Framework Agreements not covered on the list."
